Project Summary
Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG) unveiled IHG One Reward offering in April 2022 integrating subsidiary brands such as Holiday Inn, Crown Plaza, and Hotel Indigo into one identity.
Despite the newly formed identity, the IHG digital experience is scattered and leaving the customers to use third-party website booking. This is my studio protect where I was tasked to enhance the digital offering on their mobile app to ensure IHG can provide value to their guest throughout their stay.
